| Note 1: | The reception server will be extremely busy on the deadline days, and it may be difficult to connect to it; therefore, send errors may arise for registration information submitted at these times. Applications for which the server has no record of a confirmed receipt (namely, applications for which an e-mail confirming receipt was not sent) cannot be processed in subsequent days; consequently, we recommend that you apply and submit your paper as early as possible and that you make sure that you have received a confirmation e-mail. |
